The best way to make tea

How can we best make and drink tea in order to have a beneficial effect on our body?

Steam tea briefly, do not add lemon to boiling water. You can add slices of fruit or juice when the tea has cooled down to 40 degrees C and you remove the grounds or a bag of drought, because these together with lemon juice form compounds of aluminium.

Tea will not irritate the stomach if the infusion is weak (shortly brewed) and you will not drink it too often. So that the phytates contained in tea do not reduce the assimilation of iron (it is in meat dishes, leguminous vegetables, spinach, parsley, beetroot, potatoes, rice, cabbage, citrus fruits) it is enough not to drink tea for an hour after eating these dishes.

In order for the tea to act pro-healthily to prevent cold, it is worth adding to the very warm brew a few slices of fresh ginger root, a pinch of cinnamon, 2-3 cloves and raspberry juice.
