A nutritious dietary aid to help lose excess weight should consist of a three-ingredient protein that builds dry body mass. Ideally, it should be supplemented with prebiotic fibre, L-carnitine and omega-3 fatty acids, which improve digestion and fat reduction, as well as curbing cravings.

Prebiotics are components of our food whose natural sources are mainly beans, cereals, onions or garlic. Their fibres are resistant to digestive enzymes and are therefore not digested in the stomach or small intestine. It is only in the large intestine that they undergo fermentation. They influence the proliferation of good bacterial flora and the consistency of the stool. In this way, they improve digestion and excretion. In the food industry, prebiotics are added to many products to reduce their calorific value.

L-carnitine is an organic chemical compound that is synthesised from amino acids in the liver, kidneys and brain and then stored in muscles. Its primary function is to participate in the transport of fatty acids to the mitochondria, where they are converted into energy, which is essential for cell function. L-carnitine helps to get rid of excess body fat because, as an energy source, it uses spare fat. 

Omega-3 fatty acids, on the other hand, are unsaturated fatty acids that benefit the nervous and cardiovascular systems and protect against the development of many diseases. As the human body is unable to produce them on its own, it is necessary to take them with food (fish, oil) and supplements. These acids have an effect on the reduction of body fat, as they can reduce appetite. This is because omega-3s regulate leptin levels, and the function of this hormone is to inform the brain about the body's energy reserves.


Weight loss shake

Fit Feelgood weight loss shake, which is based on proteins from whey, milk and soya, supplemented with soya oil, soya lecithin, vitamins and micronutrients, among others. The result is a nutritious dietary agent that, in addition to the 3-ingredient protein, also contains prebiotic fibres, L-carnitine and omega-3 fatty acids. These ingredients support weight loss as they build muscle, improve digestion, excretion and fat reduction, and reduce cravings.

The mix was produced in a 430g pack in whipped cream, chocolate and hazelnut, blueberry and yoghurt, peach and lingonberry flavours. The nutritional value of one serving, or 43g of product and 200ml of water, is 695 kJ (165 kcal) of energy, 15, 7g of protein, 15, 1g of carbohydrates, 5, 1g of fibre, and 3, 5g of fats (including 0, 6g saturated and 0, 8g unsaturated).

The most effective effect can be obtained by using Fit Feelgood for 2-3 weeks as a complete meal replacement, when we should consume 5 portions of 43g per day. The preparation of such a shake consists in dissolving, in 200 ml of lukewarm water, 3 flat measures of the product (43 g).

In order to lose weight gently and gradually, the shake should replace two meals a day. A third of your meals can therefore be prepared as you wish. However, it is important to ensure that they do not contain more than 600 kcal of fat in total. Fruit can also be eaten between meals. Dissolve 4 rather flat measures of the product (54 g) in 300 ml of lukewarm milk (1.5 % fat) and mix thoroughly in a shaker or blender.

In both variants, the dissolved drink should be left to stand for 1 minute, after which time it should be shaken several times and then drunk. Already after a week of regular use of the mixture, weight loss can be noticed. During the course of the treatment, it is particularly important to drink an additional 2-3 litres of fluids a day, in the form of water or unsweetened tea, as well as regular physical activity. In addition, in order to avoid the yo-yo effect and to maintain the optimum weight for as long as possible, the manufacturer recommends using the mixture in place of all food for one day a week or in place of 4 meals once a week.
