Meal I - breakfast around 6.00 a.m.

2 slices of graham or wheat bread (necessarily without sugar!), butter (cannot be margarine) 10 g, no more (enough for a thin spread),

1 large fruit (apple, orange, 2 kiwis, 10-15 strawberries, grapes, raspberries, cherries, 2 tangerines.... etc... NOT BANANA!)

Meal II - snack at around 9.00 a.m.

2 slices of bread (dry, no butter) or 2 egg whites cooked of course instead.

Meal III - Lunch at approximately 12.00 p.m.

100 g cooked and interchangeably cooked: groats, pasta, rice, peas, beans, buckwheat, soya beans, lentils and cooked vegetables (we can eat them to satiety). I used cooked products readily available, due to lack of time. Vegetables can, of course, be cooked yourself. I leave room for creativity here. 
Note: Instead of cooked vegetables, you can eat raw, also to your heart's content, but at least 10 minutes before eating GROATS, RICE, PASTA ...etc. Food consumed at one meal - DO NOT MIX!!!

Meal IV - snack at approx. 3 p.m.

150 g cooked green beans (can also be carrots, also cooked). 

Meal V - supper around 6 p.m.

100g cooked of what you ate at 12 o'clock, or instead fish 100g cooked, or meat 100g cooked, or 1 whole egg,

1 egg white to add to this eat cooked vegetables (to satiety) + a tablespoon of olive oil.
