What should I do if I lose weight?

Above all, the consumption of salt should be limited, as it accumulates water in the body, which is particularly feared by the sex of beauty. We should also remember about moderate drinking of alcohol. If you already want to honour a special occasion, red wine will be excellent, because it has a beneficial effect on the blood system. Meals should be eaten systematically, i.e. every 3 hours. It is extremely important not to overfill the stomach and chew every billet calmly. You should drink only after eating, not during the meal, while the last meal is good to eat between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and no later than 2-3 hours before falling asleep.
