Can you lose weight by drinking water?

Hunger strike is an effective and proven way to remove the body from any toxins, harmful substances or heavy metals.
These are metabolic products that the body is unable to excrete on its own. That is why hunger kits have become so popular recently.

But purifying the body is just one of the advantages of purification hunger kits. The second one is for many a salutary way to get rid of unwanted pounds. Of course, there are many different diets to choose from, but as is common with all foods that return to normal eating, there is often a yoyo effect.

This diet consists of refraining from solid foods except water.

This will allow your body to cleanse itself and regenerate. If you use such a hunger strike for weight loss purposes, you know that it is extremely severe for your body. If anyone is still not convinced of the positive properties of the hunger strike, they can seek medical advice. Doctors often commission their patients to carry out such treatments, which sometimes have a much better effect than many pharmacological agents, which, as we know, additionally burden our body causing side effects.

That is why the water hunger water, which consists in eating only mineral or spring water, has recently become so popular. Those who want to have only a detoxifying effect should drink about one to two litres a day, while those who fight with extra pounds and want to lose weight due to hunger should consume from two to even three litres of water a day.

This salutary and, most importantly, natural therapy, apart from getting rid of unwanted pounds, will cleanse the body and help it learn how to eat healthy and what is important, moderately.

It also helps to combat all types of drug addiction. So freed from old supplies and unnecessary deposits, the body will regain its energy and vitality. Moreover, dear ladies, because it is to you that I am addressing these words now - the hunger strike is able to rejuvenate the skin, making it firmer, more tense and therefore more beautiful! I do not think I need to convince anyone of the positive qualities of this type of treatment anymore.

After the hunger strike, when you gradually return to eating, you should practice a lot. It should take as much time to get out of the hunger strike as the entire hunger strike. Eat vegetables, fruits, nuts, full grains, in turn avoid products of bread, cheese, meat, or fish.

Water and weight loss

Water is like a liquid environment, essential for the removal of the final products of metabolism. On average, water accounts for 60% of an adult's weight, with about 15% more in the case of a newborn baby. Without water it would not be possible to transport any nutrients to the cells of the body. It is 75% of the component of muscles and 90% of blood.

Also, it cannot be lacking in the process of flushing out toxins from within the body. Significantly, a person can go without eating for up to a month, but by going two to three days without taking in any fluid, he dies instantly from dehydration. No wonder, since water alone takes up some 60% of our total body weight!

So, when we lose weight, instead of fat, we largely lose it, so it deceptively appears to us that we are burning fat. Without water, the body is unable to carry out virtually any of the processes on which our 'to be or not to be', and therefore survival, depends.

Dieting, starving and losing weight is a very difficult period for our organism, because not only does it have to get rid of all its "iron" reserves, but sometimes this too starts to run out, so that one becomes weak and feels awful, instead of enjoying the sheer pleasure of getting rid of the extra weight. To begin with, when we slim down, we get rid of many harmful substances from within our system.

And these, in order to be filtered by the kidneys and then excreted from the body, must be transported there precisely by water. Otherwise, all these toxins can stay inside and poison our body.

Therefore, if we think we can get through a diet safely for our health without drinking a minimum of one litre more than normal of any fluid (be it that contained in juices or food, such as fruit or vegetables, which contain up to 40% water), we will not be able to enjoy losing weight, because we will still feel unhealthy, we will be weak, we will get headaches, and over time, this can have a serious impact on kidney function and even lead to death (when the body is completely intoxicated).

Since every nutritionist advises their patients against consuming large quantities of table salt, this should also be applied to mineral water, so it is essential to read its chemical composition before reaching for any. Therefore, you should not buy those with sodium and chloride content, because the combination of these components leads to the precipitation of salt (NaCl - abbreviation), which consequently binds large amounts of water in the body, which is reflected in our figure!

We also mistakenly think that no matter what we drink, it will all be excreted from the body through the urinary tract. It is important to know that there are many types of liquids, such as alcohol, thick fruit and vegetable juices, fizzy drinks with a high sugar content or fatty milk, which contain a lot of calories. So it is better to choose plain mineral water or herbal teas, and of course unsweetened ones, or vegetable decoctions, natural fruit juices (100% fruit, unsweetened) and skim milk.
