Fruit diet is rather a cleansing diet, thanks to which the skin will shine and feel full of energy.

Such a diet is a real vitamin bomb for the body, it is also an instant cleaning of toxins. Fruit should be eaten with the skin, there is most fibre in it, which accelerates metabolism and helps to remove undigested food residues. Remember that all fruits must be washed thoroughly under warm running water. We wash citrus fruits with particular care - they are sprayed with preservatives and waxed for a better look.

On the day before the planned diet, in the evening eat a small portion of lean white meat (approx. 15 dag) with a small amount of lemon juice. Such a mixture of vitamins. C and protein stimulate the hormone burning fat, which is produced only at night.

The next day we start the right diet.

Caution! You can prepare salads from fruits, but do not season them with sugar or honey. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. Disadvantages of a fruit diet

The fruit diet is a monodiet, that is, it does not allow you to put together a varied and balanced menu and should never be recommended and followed for a long period of time, because instead of bringing positive results, it may even harm you. This diet is quite dangerous. It can even lead to diabetes if followed for long periods of time.

The disadvantage of a fruit-only diet is that it will not cover the daily requirements of many nutrients, e.g. The disadvantage of a fruit-only diet is that it will not cover the daily requirements of many nutrients, such as protein (found in meat and dairy products), calcium (found in milk and yellow cheeses), polyunsaturated fatty acids (found in seafood and vegetable oils), magnesium (found in meat and cereals) and vitamins D and B, whose deficiency can lead to seborrhoea and problems with the muscular and nervous systems. Before starting a diet, it is also worth considering how our body will react to large doses of fibre and sugars.

Not all diets are healthy and safe for our bodies. It is advisable to consult your doctor before starting any diet, even if you do not have any health problems.

When choosing a diet, never follow the prevailing fashion. Remember that certain diets, including those that are poor in particular nutrients or severely restrictive of calories and mono-diets, can be debilitating to the body, carry the risk of eating disorders, and may cause an increase in appetite contributing to a rapid return to the former weight.
