In 1930, Dr. Paul Kouchakoff with a group of doctors, conducted a study at the Swiss Institute of Clinical Chemistry on the influence of cooked and raw food on the immune system.  The results of these studies were unambiguous.

Raw food is recognizable and accepted by the body, but when we eat food that has undergone a heat treatment over 47 degrees Celsius, our body increases the amount of white blood cells. This increased production of leukocytes shows that thermally processed food is not recognised by the body.

The role of white blood cells is to identify and protect the risk, and their number increases when the body is attacked by viruses, weakened or in contact with toxic substances, also in contact with cooked food. It is worth adding that the experiment proved that such a reaction does not occur in the case of raw food consumption.

In practice, this means that raw food is better available and all the nutrients contained in it are better used by the body. Therefore, the organism is not burdened and does not need to use its own enzyme reserves, which can be used for treatment of the organism or cell renewal, i. e. raw food consumption also delays the effects of ageing!
