But why is red wine better for health reasons?
The content of valuable ingredients is ten times higher than in white wine. The white wine is made using the flesh itself, while red flesh and peel containing active antioxidants called polyphenols are used for the production of white wine.They fight against harmful free radicals (rejuvenating effect) and, above all, lower the level of bad cholesterol, break down fat deposits that accumulate in arteries and thus prevent the formation of clots.
Wine normalizes blood pressure, improves blood circulation (and blood that circulates better to oxygenate our body), therefore it is recommended especially for people who suffer from cardiovascular diseases.
On the other hand, such a relationship as resweratrol exhibits strong anti-inflammatory, anti-nitrogenic and anti-diabetic properties. Scientists recently discovered that drinking wine prevents diabetes - red wine regulates sugar levels and the function of the glands, and also reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease in older people.
Red wine also has diuretic properties, improves the functioning of our kidneys and cleanses the body from harmful substances.

Further benefits of the drink are related to the digestive system - it improves digestion, protects the system against bacteria and stomach ulcers and has a positive effect on the pancreatic function (after a hard digestive meal, a glass of red wine is irreplaceable). Not to mention how well it works on our nervous system - red wine perfectly relaxes and soothes.
Of course, in the drinking of wine - as in other spirits - we should be moderation, so that the beverage which was supposed to help us did not harm us much more. They are drunk several times a week (preferably in the evening) of a glass, e. g. a glass. dry wine can be salutary, but on condition that we remain at healing doses.
