Odchudzanie i walka z nadwagą to temat rzeka i muszę przyznać, że nie jest mi obcy, chociaż teraz na zbyt dużą wagę nie narzekam. :-) Bliżej mi do niedowagi niż nadwagi. ;-) Tekst napisałeś bardzo rzetelnie - nie można zapominać, że nawet walcząc z kilogramami tłuszcz jest potrzebny, oczywiści w tej zdrowej wersji czyli orzechy, oliwa z oliwek. Ważna jest też woda i białko, a do tego dodam jeszcze, że regularne posiłki. Mało, ale często. :-)Pozdrawiam serdecznie i będę Cię odwiedzać. :-)
