Water with lemon

Benefits of drinking water with lemon

Starting the day a glass of lemon juice diluted with carbonated mineral water at the same time revive digestion and strengthen your immunity.

Lemons are a source of bioflavonoids, a group of immune enhancing ingredients by protecting cells against environmental pollutants. On the surface of the membrane of each cell are microscopic places where they can "park" impurities, toxins or pathogens and gradually bite through the cell membrane.

Note! When bioflavonoids will take place before these toxins will have a "park". Bioflavonoids also have an impact on cholesterol, limiting its ability to form atherosclerotic plaque in the arteries and reduce the formation of microscopic blood clots in the arteries that can lead to heart attacks and strokes. The study showed that eating large amounts of bioflavonoids rarer causes collapse on cardiovascular disease.

Starting each day of fasting drinking freshly squeezed lemon juice, or adding it to tea, salad dressing (vinegar instead), or when baking and cooking will aid the body in maintaining internal balance pH encouraging a friendly bacteria, not viruses and pathogenic bacteria growing in more acidic environment.

Note! Using apple cider vinegar is another great way to increase the alkalinity of the body, but the lemon flavor is much nicer :)
