Should consume significant amounts of:

  • carbohydrates, complex minerals as well as fiber, fish, poultry, milk (including dairy products low in fat), natural vegetable oils for cooking, lean meat in small portions.

Reduce the intake you need:

  • animal fats, meat, high-fat, whole eggs, high-calorie pastries, sugar, jam pełnosłodkich, mayonnaise, sour cream, alcoholic beverages.

Note! Overweight (obesity) is most often caused by improper diet that is too high in calories, rich and greasy and limited physical activity.

In the case of overweight due to troubles with digestion should be settled as soon as possible.

Herbal blends obesity and chronic constipation

Blend 1

Ingredients: 60 g buckthorn bark, licorice root 20 g and 10 g of dandelion root and fruit of anise.

Preparation: Herbs mix together and brew 1 tablespoon of herbs in 3/4 cup boiling water. You drink for the night.

Blend 2

Ingredients: 60 g buckthorn bark, barberry bark 20 g, 25 g of herb Woodruff and licorice root and 10 g of flaxseed.

Preparation: Similar as for the mixture 1.

Other mixtures of obesity and constipation

Blend 3

Ingredients: 100 g of chamomile and equal parts of 50 g of St. John's wort, marshmallow root, mint leaves, yarrow and anise fruit.

Preparation: You mix 1 teaspoon of herbs and a glass of boiling water inundated. Brew covered for half an hour. Drink in the morning and evening.

Blend 4

Ingredients: 10 g: yarrow, pansy, chamomile flower, buckthorn bark and mint.

Preparation: You mix together and brew 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Drink in the morning and evening. The best herbs to brew in a thermos.

Note!  It is worth to use herbs for different dishes. They speed up metabolism and remove harmful products from the body. Use these herbs so as cumin, marjoram, rue, coriander, borage, and celery.
