A sample menu for people with a sick gallbladder

     Second Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with butter | jelly chicken breast

     Lunch: Celery soup with noodles | fish baked with carrots, parsley and celery | rice | salad with yoghurt, dill and parsley | fruit compote

     Afternoon snack: apple baked

     Dinner: 100 cottage cheese with yogurt, tomato and lettuce skinned | Kaiser roll | herbal tea
