Berries alleviate a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms


Berries are a proven grandmothers recipe for trouble with a sore stomach. Fresh fruit relaxant effect constipation (stimulate intestinal peristalsis), and the juice or decoction (necessarily strained) against diarrhea.

Leaves fruit berries used in diarrhea and intestinal catarrh (and even painful menstrual discharges) and dried fruit juice running against diarrhea, combating parasites of the gastrointestinal tract.

Once there you stomach sensations, use the following rules proposed for berry infusions:

Infusion No.1: 2 tablespoons dried berries (it's worth it in the dry season in the sun or in the oven) pour 2 cups of boiling water and cover. Strain after 2-3 hours.

Dosage: drink blueberry tea 4 times a day half a cup before meals.

Infusion No.2: can these tablespoon of dried fruit or leaves, pour a cup of hot water and cook for 5 minutes.

Dosage: strained broth to drink 2 times a day 1/2 cup.


Berries regulate cholesterol and sugar


The fresh berries or extracts from the leaves of a substance which acts similarly to insulin, which regulates blood sugar levels. In contrast, they contain antioxidants reduce levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and raise levels of good cholesterol (HDL).

So should serve a berry dessert which gone favorably on the cardiovascular system :)


Berry cocktail rejuvenating


Berries are an excellent source of antioxidants - natural chemicals that retard the aging process. They contribute to the regeneration of the skin, improving the voltage collagen and elastin fibers in the skin and maintain an optimum concentration of hyaluronic acid, which in turn has moisturizing properties.

Prepare a berry cocktail rejuvenating:

To 200 ml of soy milk throw 100 g of black berries or blueberries, 1 dried apricot, a teaspoon of chopped walnuts and 1 full scoop of fiber.

Add 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup. Mix.
