Slimming milk diet

Diet is recommended to those who like milk, cocoa and vegetable broth. These are the basic components of the diet of milk. It should be used only on weekends, from Friday to Sunday, and during the week to eat almost anything, but in smaller quantities by half smaller than before.

Note! Do not eat fatty meats and high-calorie cakes. One very important recommendation is to eat from Monday to Friday at lunchtime meal of milk.

After 10 days, you can return to your dietary habits, but at least once a month you have to repeat the diet of milk. It is effective, simple and safe, and additionally provide the necessary amount of protein. It can be used at any age, but it requires strong motivation, because not everyone can afford to reduce by half the daily ration of nutrition.

Sample menu diet milk from Monday to Friday

From Monday to Thursday

Dairy meal

  • 250g of white fat cheese
  • 1 skimmed yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Cheese rub on the weight , add the yogurt and honey. Mix thoroughly .

Drink with honey

3/4 cup of still mineral water combine with the juice of 1 lemon and a teaspoon of honey



Before getting out of bed , drink half a cup of boiled water.


Cup of skim milk with 1 teaspoon cocoa and honey .

Before noon

1 orange or grapefruit , and one 1 liter of water drunk in small portions.


Sirloin steak ( 150g ) or 200g cooked fish with herbs and lemon or 200g white meat .

2 hours later

1 yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey.

About hrs . 16.00

Drink with honey

After hours. 19.00

3 cups broth with vegetables ( no salt ) drink in 10 - minute increments, and then eat three plates of cooked vegetables ( every 20 minutes ) .

Before bed

1 yogurt with a teaspoon of honey or drink a glass of honey .



How long to stay in bed and drink in small amounts every half hour: 1,5 l of water, the juice of 2 freshly squeezed grapefruit, 1 glass of milk with 1 teaspoon cocoa and 1 tsp honey, 1 /2 l of broth.

In the afternoon

1 yogurt with honey, and 2 hours later, 1 drink of honey.

For dinner

Baked trout (200g) , a bowl of green vegetables with a light vinaigrette .

Before bed

Yogurt with a teaspoon of honey.



1/2 liters of water , juice of 1 squeezed grapefruit, 15 minutes later cocoa with honey and skim milk .

Before noon

Drink 1 liter of water, 1 cup every half hour.

For lunch

200g white meat chicken breast or turkey , cooked or baked in foil with no fat or 200g of lean fish, salad greens with lemon juice .

About hrs. 15.00

Compote with 2 apples or dried fruit .

Between the hours. 17.00 and 19.00

A glass of drink honey

For dinner

Bunch of vegetables with a little sauce of olive oil or butter, 1 cooked in shell or baked potato in foil .

Before bed

A glass of yogurt with honey or 1 serving of drink honey .
