Cleansing diet lemon

Most of us wince at the thought of eating several lemons. On the one hand, it is even good, because a diet that is based on the same lemons is not the healthiest, but their juice, used as a supplement is worth attention.
Note! The first portion of the drink for half an hour before breakfast.
The most important meal of the day should consist of fruit, yogurt and almonds.

At lunch time to eat a salad with beans, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and for dinner 170g grilled fish with lemon juice and steamed vegetables.

Note! When you feel hungry, reach for raw vegetables, seeds, nuts or a banana.
Diet alone is for cleansing, but many nutrition experts doubt its effectiveness. At least as regards the purification of toxins, as low-calorie meals during the day proposed can contribute to the loss of several kilograms.

Plan a cleansing diet lemon

Breakfast:
  • lemonade for 30 minutes before a meal
  • fresh berries
  • natural yoghurt
  • raw almonds
Snacks - 2 times a day:
  • glass of lemonade 10 minutes before snack
  • banana
  • pumpkin seeds or sunflower
  • raw vegetables
  • dried fruits
Lunch:
  • grilled tuna with steamed vegetables (with the addition of onions)
  • to fish, you can add avocado or tofu
Dinner:
  • salad with green beans or lentils glade with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil extra virgin
  • cucumber and smoked salmon with cheese and yogurt in a sandwich with whole grain, wheat bread.
