Why tea weight loss?


Tea contains three components accelerating weight loss:

  • caffeine, which speeds up many processes in the body, including supports the burning of fat cells;
  • L-theanine, which reduces the harmful effects of caffeine, reduces appetite and slows the deposition of fat;
  • EGCG, an antioxidant, which further accelerates the digestion and absorption of fat is limited. 


4 principles of diet tea


1 Drink tea all day.

The meals and between them.

This can be green tea, white, black and oolong tea, and flavored (eg, caramel, almond). The leaves can sprinkle the dishes.

2 Eat three main meals of the day.

Eat:

  • protein (lean dairy products - milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs, fish of the sea and seafood, trout and other freshwater fish lean, sausage, poultry, lean pork, beef, veal, poultry without the skin);
  • fats (olive oil and other vegetable oils, especially canola and linseed oil, avocado, nuts).


White tea


This tea kings. Noblest and least processed and most expensive type of tea. The name of this tea is derived from white soft hairs, which cover very young leaves and buds from which arises.

The leaves and buds breaks, and then dried. Not subjected to any other processes. White tea contains the least caffeine. It has a delicate, sweet flavor. Valued it for its refreshing properties and high contents of antioxidants.

Green tea


There are several thousand varieties of this tea!

Almost every tea plantation in China has its own kind. It is prepared as a white tea, but leaves are heat-treated to stop the fermentation.

Green tea has a slightly grassy, bitter aftertaste, perfectly refreshes and stimulates, slows the aging process. Contains fluoride, which strengthens the teeth.

Oolong tea


This champagne of teas. The whole leaf is formed which passes a very short period of fermentation. Brew the tea retains a composition similar to the white and green, but the taste resembles black tea - contains no bitterness and a delicate aroma.

Oolong has a fairly low level of caffeine, and is therefore relax, but do not fall asleep. In addition, strengthens the immune system and has a slightly antibacterial.

Black tea


Of all the species of this tea is fermented the longest and for this reason, its leaves are almost black. The brew has a red color and intense flavor.

Some teas (eg yunan) have a slightly smoky flavor and aroma.

This tea has the most caffeine (but less than half coffee) and, therefore, stimulating and refreshing. In addition, inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract.

How to brew tea?


Obtaining the perfect brew, which will be slimming properties, excellent taste and deep aroma, it is not difficult:

  • fresh water - you can use a good quality cold water from the tap, such as filtered or bottled water.

Every time you pour into the kettle a new batch and cook a few times the same water, because then you will unsavory brew.

Preparation jug: jug can be the perfect ceramic, glass, porcelain, stainless steel or cast iron. You can also use metal baskets to brew, but according to gourmets, as prepared tea does not reach full flavor, because the leaves do not have enough space to grow. Jug before pouring in the tea should be warmed. Pour into it a little boiling water, move to doused the wall, leave for a minute and pour.

Number dried: You put in the preheated pot of tea leaves, so that covered the bottom thereof. The layer should not be too thick - just about 2 millimeters. The exception jet oolong tea here, which should be poured about half as much, because when making the list, double its volume.

The temperature and time of infusion: white tea is brewed for 5-10 minutes at 75-85 degrees, green for 2-5 minutes at 70-80 degrees, oolong for 5-7 minutes at 90 degrees, the black 2-5 minutes at 95 degrees.

    Note! None of tea pouring boiling water.
