Lung detoxification program

Lung detoxification and strengthening program

Lung inflammation is often a complication after an untreated infection of the upper respiratory tract. This can be caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens, fungi and chemical substances in the air. They enter the lungs, preventing proper ventilation.

Caution! The stronger and cleansed your lungs, the easier they will be able to cope with the threat.

Easy lung cleaning

If you don't have infection, you feel good but you're still excited, you should clean your lungs.  Use the following methods until spring.

1. Salt mist

Whenever you bathe in the bath (e. g. once a week), add salt to the water (4 tablespoons per bath).

Dissolve 2 spoonfuls of sea salt in a glass of water, pour it into an atomizer and place by the bedside.  Spray every morning over your head and breathe deeply (approx. one minute).

2. Home sauna

Spot a spoonful of rosemary herb, thyme or girlfriend (any) 1/2 glass of water, steam 15 minutes under cover.  Pour a glass of hot water and brewed herbs into the bowl, tilt over, cover with a towel. Inhale 5 minutes.

Hot air expands the airways and facilitates cleaning. Do this weekly.
Caution! Enhance your diet. Look for products that help your body get rid of toxins (e. g. green tea, coriander, mint, eucalyptus oil, beetroot, apples, parsley, parsley, onion, cabbage, kale, grapefruit, grapefruit, avocado, tomatoes).

How to strengthen the lungs?

Breathe through the nose, which is a natural air filter. Do not abuse the nose drops, as they destroy the mucous membranes.

1. Increases lung capacity

When you go out on a walk, go with your hands braided at the back (straightened apples).  Lay down at home, place a thick book on your chest and breathe deeply.

2. Exercise daily breathing

Blow out the pingpong ball from the table, moving away from it. Pull the air through your nose in small portions until you feel resistance. Then release your mouth into a narrow trumpet.
