How to get rid of bloating quickly?

Small amounts of air always enter the stomach with a meal. Gases also arise from digestion. That is why bloating happens to everyone. However, at a mature age it slows down metabolism, the body produces fewer enzymes and we are less physically active than in youth, which makes bloating more frequent and more troublesome. To fight them effectively, you need to know the reason.

Bloating  and abdominal pain

There may also be nausea, sometimes diarrhoea. You are usually scrubbed 15-20 minutes after drinking milk, kephir, yoghurt, eating a piece of white cheese, milk chocolate, bread with a long shelf life and toast.
Caution! This is the body's reaction to lactose. As we age, we lose the ability to digest this enzyme, which is found in dairy products, as well as in powdered milk added to many products, e. g.  bread, sauces and even horseradish.
How can you help yourself?

Start eating lactose-free milk products (to buy even in small shops, they cost as much as normal). Do not buy products that contain powdered milk (see labels for information).

Bloating  is growing all day long....

They appear about half an hour after the meal and increase as the day goes by (the teeming of your belly is already stretched and protruding).  The reason for this is the excessive amount of air entering the digestive tract.

How can you help yourself?

Don't eat "running" even small meals, for example sandwiches, bars. Dry carefully. Up to 20 chewing each bite before you begin to practice this habit. Don't talk while eating and.... don't watch TV - you are busy with the action of your favourite TV series, for example, unwittingly sip the air.
Caution! If you wear a denture, air to the digestive tract may get a gap between the prosthesis and the palate. If you exclude other causes, ask your prosthodontics to fit it.

Bloating with gases having an ugly odour


Symptoms appear a few hours after the meal. The reason for this are the heavy-drinking meals (fatty, with a lot of preservatives), but also the excess of sugar and.... fibre.
Caution! Fibre will help in digestion, but if you are prone to bloating, you have to eat it with a small amount of fat.
How can you help yourself?

Restrict the eating of sweets, eggs, cheese with mould and coffee. For the main meal, eat green lettuce or parsley as often as possible.

Bloating including reflections

They are caused by excess carbon dioxide in the intestines or large amounts of bile.  They are formed when the liver is weighed and also when you drink while eating.

How can you help yourself?

Do not drink during a meal.  Don't use carbonated beverages.  Limit raw vegetables. Don't lie down after a meal, it is best to walk for a few minutes (even after home).

Protective drink

Add an apple vinegar spoon to 1/2 of a glass of warm water and a little honey to taste. Drink after a large or heavy meal. In fact, you can drink this drink 3-4 times a week for one month.
