You suspect that you have this problem? Check if this is the case. You can do this in the lab or ... at home.

How to make a home test for lactose intolerance?

Buy two types of milk. One ordinary and the other containing lactose (buy in a health food store). Transfer them to identical bottles, and someone in the family (yes, you did not know), let them mark as A and B.

For a week drink on an empty stomach two glasses of milk from the bottle A, do not eat other dairy products.

Warning! Save if something is wrong with you.

Take 2-3 days off, and then a week drink from the bottle B and store any ailments.

Compare notes.

If there is no difference, it means that you are not allergic to milk, and if it turns out that you do not tolerate lactose, milk set aside. Eat more cheese (a little lactose), you can drink yogurt, kefir.

How replace cow's milk?

Rice milk: a glass of rice soak for 8-12 hours in 1 liter of water, then cook for at least two hours on low heat. Mix.

Soy milk: two cups of soy urine daily, replacing two or three times for fresh water (cold). Drain off any water from soaking, pour a glass of fresh blend. Pour 3/4 l cold water, cook on low heat for approx. 40 minutes, stirring. When you see the foam, add a little cold water. After cooling, Strain through cheesecloth.

Almond milk: a glass of peeled almonds or almond flakes pour 3/4 liters of cold water overnight. Morning blend, Strain.
