How to build natural immunity?

Warning! Vitamin D from food can be delivered only approx. 30% of demand for it. Therefore, it should be constantly supplemented in the period from September to May. Very beneficial effect on the psyche (an antidepressant), which during the period of sunny days is very important. Additionally, it has scientifically proven anti-cancer effect.

The beneficial properties of strengthening the body are polyphenols and flavonoids. We can find them in homemade fruit juice with raspberry, blackberry, elderberry and black chokeberry and natural dietary supplements containing chokeberry or the fermented juice of the pomegranate.

Such natural formulations are often additionally fortified with appropriate vitamins and other components important for your health and can even be administered to children in preschool. They absorbed already in the mouth and throat, allowing help to maintain the health of our mucous membranes.

In periods of increased morbidity remember also about natural methods of tempering the body, such as outdoor activities. During this period, however, adapt it to their abilities not to place undue strain the body.
