Low calorie diet

Low calorie diet menu


Diets low in calories based on reducing calorie intake. Some even restrict them to unhealthy levels. According to the assumptions of minimum daily calorie intake is 1200 calories, but it all depends led lifestyle.

Note! None of the low calorie diet is not easy to use. You will need around the clock to count calorie you eat.


Low calorie diet 1200 kcal


1200 cal diet is not one specific plans, and yet it is very popular among people who want to lose a few pounds. Ingestion only as many calories may seem cheap, but for people with poor metabolism and those with very overweight is the only way to dropping excess weight.

Note! Before you start a low calorie diet should consult a nutritionist who will choose your minimum calorie intake depending on your lifestyle, your age and weight.


Diet (as the name suggests) involves the intake of calories at a level not more than 1200, and that means that you have to give up any kind of temptation of sweets, cakes (are high).

A sample menu calorie diet (1200 kcal)


The menu I


breakfast


  • half a bowl of fresh fruit
  • 2 pancakes with 1 tablespoon of marmalade


lunch

  • 1 piece of whole grain
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • half a bowl of salad with beans


snack

  • some cashew nuts


dinner

  • half a cup of Chinese noodles with 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • half a cup of yellow pepper
  • half a cup of broccoli
  • half a cup of carrots
  • 70g grilled chicken breast

breakfast



  • 1 whole grain toast with a teaspoon of butter
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 100g melon

lunch

  • 1 whole grain toast with a teaspoon of butter
  • 1 tomato cut into slices
  • 25g low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • a plate of vegetable soup (no potatoes)


snack

  • dozen peanuts


dinner

  • green salad prepared with 1 tbsp olive oil, 100g of green vegetables, 1 potato, 4 mushrooms and 70g of cooked fish or chicken
  • 100g strawberries


You have to rely mostly on fresh fruit and vegetables (these low calorie), lean meat, nuts and seeds, and whole grains (bread, brown rice, pasta).

Note! Do not skip meals, share only the daily calorie intake for 4 meals.

This diet at the lowest recommended level of calories, which will provide you with enough nutritional value, if you eat the right products and avoid high-calorie products.

Note! 1200 cal diet is not recommended for physically active people, because in the case of physical activity is too low daily dose of calories.
