Ingredients: 1 and 1/2 kg of ripe black elderberry | 1 kg of sugar | 1/4 vanilla pod | 3 cloves | 10 cm piece of cinnamon | piece of ginger root | the juice of 1 lemon | 2 liters of water | 1/ 2 liters of dry white wine | liter of 80% vodka , made with spirit

Preparation: a pot put 1 and 1/2 kg of ripe black elderberry 1 kg of sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 10 cm piece of cinnamon, a piece of root ginger, 3 cloves, 1/4 vanilla pod.

Pour 2 liters of water and 1/ 2 liters of dry white wine. Mix well. Bet on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Leave, covered, until cool.

Filter through a bag of cloth or a piece of cloth. Add 1 liter of 80% vodka, made with spirit. Pour into bottles and cork in tightly. For two months leave in a dark and cool place.
