Preparation: Mix herbs together. 1 tablespoon of herbs, pour one cup of boiling water and infuse przez5 minutes.

Drink 3 times a day before meals half a cup.

Blend nr.3

Mix 50 g of sand helichrysum flowers, mint leaves 30 grams, 20 grams of the herb St. John's wort and sweet flag rhizome and 10 grams of herb wormwood.
