Health-promoting properties of spelled

When to eat spelled?
Eat regularly spelled or products enriched with it when ill or suffering from such ailments as:
- decrease in resistance and endurance of the body;
- rheumatism, gout;
- diseases of the heart and circulatory system (hypertension, coronary heart disease, prevention of myocardial infarction, stroke);
- elevated blood cholesterol levels;
- gastro-intestinal diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome), diarrhea, constipation;
- kidney stones and gall bladder;
- celiac disease;
- weaken the body after long-term use of drugs.
Note! Spelt is recommended to people after myocardial infarction and in the postoperative period. This is a great food for premature babies, sickly babies, patients undergoing intensive care and old people. Spelt can be used as a substitute for milk product milk allergy.
Diet spelled causes a decrease in blood cholesterol levels. Grain prevents gallstones, reduces the need for insulin (which is why people with diabetes can use it less after consultation with your doctor). All products spelt promoting good digestion and help maintain the health of the stomach and intestines.

Note! Hebermus morning will soothe the stomach, particularly in the case of hyperacidity and inflammation.
Note! If you are diabetic, the addition of whole grain spelled is even advisable. Increase the amount of cinnamon too.
Ingredients for 2 persons: 100 g spelled | ½ liter vegetable stock | 1 tablespoon butter | 1 onion | 2 carrots | 1 stalk celery | 1 small fennel | Salt | white pepper | pinch of nutmeg | lemon juice | apple sauce | 100 ml sweet cream | ½ bunch mint
Preparation: Spelt rinse with tap water, thoroughly drained and put into bowl. Pour broth and leave it on overnight. In a saucepan, dissolve the butter, fry peeled and chopped onion. Carrots, celery and fennel, clean, peel and cut into bars or ankle.
Add the onions and sauté. Pour broth with spelled. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and applesauce. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, draw cream. Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped mint.
